* Student Insurance provides coverage for both Sickness and Accident Insurance. All students residing in campus housing will have the charge added to their bill, and are required annually to sign a waiver and submit proof of personal insurance (by the published deadline) if they do not want the coverage. Optional coverage is available for commuter students. As of the publication date of the catalog, this is the fee for the 2019-2020 academic year, and represents an ESTIMATE ONLY. The final premium amount is pending approval by the NYS Department of Financial Services. Rates are subject to change without notice by action of Farmingdale State College of New York, Auxiliary Services Corporation at Farmingdale.
